
I'm a 37 year old dad and my wife and I have been having a rough time with the baby's sleep. She's 6 months old and wakes up a couple times a night for feeding (however, that's not why I'm here and we know that's an issue and are solving that separately).I was currently hoping to find out whether an exercise routine is at all helpful given that we already don't have enough time in the day. Or is that time better spent going to bed early?I'd especially like to hear from older parents who have tried both options and can offer some insight into exercise's effects during such times. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2wtG2Ym
