How can I get my about to be 1 y/o more interested in food?

I've EBF my little girl. At around 4 months we started letting her taste things, at around 5/6 months we started more and more different things and set about giving her a breakfast, lunch and dinner meals I use the term meal loosely, at first it was just bits of banana or mashing left over veggies with a little gravy or she would just eat a little of what we had for ourselves e.g. Cereal, fish, pasta. She's not a big eater at all. She'll snack, but if I actually make a full portion of whatever and sit down to feed her she really isn't interested. With some choo choo train and aeroplane noises I can get her to eat some but after a few mouthfuls she starts spitting it all out. She eats better when we all sit together and I spend loads of time trying to get her to eat, by the time I give up my own meal is cold. I was always told food is for fun until one. Well she's about to be one and I still can't get her to eat much at all. She's just boobie crazy. She'll sometimes push meals away and cry until she has boobie instead. I don't know how to make her learn that the food in front of her will satisfy the hunger that she's reaching for boob to fulfill. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2uUE96A
