Babies and bicycling - when are the old enough?

My son will be 10 months in about a week. Just started walking. I am currently working at home (instead of commuting 3 hours a day) because of coronavirus and my husband will likely have significantly reduced hours soon. Of course, we don't know how long this will last, but I thought in the meantime we could try to be a little more active as a family. So my question is - when can we put the baby in a seat on the bike? He's our first and I have no memory of how old I was when my dad started with me.
