I have a 17 month old boy who is an amazing sleeper, has hit milestones way early, and just all together an awesomekid. I still snuggle, walk, and rock him to sleep. My husband and I just couldn't do the cry it out thing. With everything else this kid is super independent. He already eats really well with utensils, can drink out of a cup (as graceful as a 17 m old can), etc. It has just been easier to get him to bed by walking him around and snuggling while white noise is playing. He sleeps through the whole night so it's not like we have to comfort him to sleep throughout the night. Am I some how "hurting" him like some other mom's have told me? I just figure at some point he'll just go to sleep on his own, but for now I feel like this is okay. Just really wondering if anyone else still does this. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/32CPjYC
