Hi, This is kind of a complicated situation so I'll try to be as succinct as I can.I'm a single dad and my 14 started identifying as a boy a little over a year ago. Yesterday they where rejected by their group of friends because, as they said, their parents dont want them socializing with my kid. This broke my childs heart... personally I believe they dont want to be friends with my child and are using this as an excuse to cut ties. Now my kid is alone and has no friends I guess I'm just looking for any advice anyone can give me... We've discussed maybe moving schools, but im leaving that decision to my child as I dont want to force a solution. Any advice would be great Thanks via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2OktGIE
