Hi, my husband has recently been diagnosed with depression. I am wondering if anyone else is going through this with small kids? Mine are 6 and 2I spent years trying to work out what was wrong with him (lack of empathy, loss of affection, irritability etc etc) and now I know why, I've been really understanding and supportive, but it's so so hard to deal with being sidelined, he never apologises or realises I'm doing EVERYTHING and dealing with a lot on my shoulders.
