Watching Cars for the millionths time last night.

I actually felt like throwing a tantrum myself when my kid would t budge on the movie he wanted to watch. I think I can recite the entire thing by now, I know I am not the only one.Then we turned it off, and I Day dreamed of The day I don’t have to watch it anymore, it has got to the point it gives me Headaches, Then I thought about when my needy toddler doesn’t want me to sit next to Him through the movie, when he doesnt want me to Sit next to him at all, or when he is gone to college or off to see the world and I just don’t get to sit with him Anymore, and I wonder if I would want to watch Cars again just to feel close to him again.Do parents of older kids hold on to things like that?
