Two months ago, rather fed up with the demanding schedules, I pulled my children out of all summer sports (they are going to camp). This meant that two of my girls could no longer participate in competitive dance. I didn’t make the decision easily and have doubted myself tremendously.We are having the MOST amazing summer. We just visits our 7th state, are hiking ridiculous amounts and have completely bonded as a family. The kids are no longer stressed due to ridiculous schedules and I am sleeping so much better.
