So our 3 1/2 year old daughter had what appeared to be a seizure yesterday. It was early in the morning, she was still in bed. Wife found her unresponsive, eyes rolled back, lying in a puddle of vomit. Pediatrician says to get her tested (EEG, and possibly MRI). I was wondering if any of you had any experience with this, and can help us navigate this whole process, including how to do this without breaking the bank (unfortunately, we live in the US where health care costs an arm and a leg, and our insurance is a high-deductible plan) and breaking our spirits.
