Hi ltl;ftp on mobile so please excuse errors. My husband and I lived with my parents for the first 2 (he's 2 now) years of my son's life. I brought him home from the hospital there. They were helpful in a lot of ways but were overbearing and opinionated. When he started to grow teeth they wanted me to feed him human food. They started giving him Ritz crackers which wasn't bad at first. When he wouldn't eat something they would just give him what he wanted (normally crackers or toast). Now we've moved out and he's not eating anything that he use to. He won't eat chicken ala king, chilli, spaghetti, etc etc. Won't touch a vegetable to save his life and the only fruit he'll eat are bananas. He is going to speech therapy so I don't feel like I am communicating well with him. He understands everything I'm saying but I can't understand him.My 1 y/o eats everything marvelously.I really want him to have good, healthy eating habits. He still goes to their house 5 days a week for a few hours (yay for free childcare). How do I tell my parents no more crackers? How do I get him to start eating better? Advice is greatly appreciated.ETA: my son's age. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2FDLYCj
