Hey all! I've posted a few times before about my kids in the past.So this Thanksgiving as I'm about to prep the turkey to cook, my (f)5yr old has some very interesting comments about what I am doing. Conversation # 15yr old: hey mom, what are you doing?Me mom: prepping the turkey to cook. I have to cut the bag open and take the turkey out to dry him off and season him.5yr: is he alive?Me: no. I've opened the bag now and there is a bit of blood in there.5yr old: what is that red stuff?Me: well.. its blood.5yr old: cool, can I watch him bleed?....Conversation #25yr old: why are you putting your hand up there?Me: I have to take out the extra parts we don't use?5yr old: that's mean, what if the turkey still needs them? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2SezAdx
