What kid gets bedroom with private bath?

I'm building a new house and 1 of the kids bedrooms has it's own private bathroom. How do I decide which kid gets that room? I have 3 boys, ages 6, 13 & 15. 2 bedrooms share a jack and jill bath and 1 bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Who gets it? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Tt9xR7
