My daughter has always had a habit of vomiting when she gets herself too worked up. It was fairly rare event but any time she got into a really big crying fit it was almost inevitable that she would puke. A few months ago she figured out that she could basically make herself do it. She very forcefully grunts and pushes and sure enough up it comes. Now at 17 months we seem to be going through a pretty big sleep regression. She's never really fought sleeping since she was around 6 months old but now she wants to stay up and play. The problem we have is that as soon as we put her in her bed, she quickly works herself up and if you don't pull her out then she will puke all over. Last night I fought with her for 4 hours and halfway through on the 10th attempt to put her in her crib she went from zero to puke in like 30 seconds. What do we do? I feel like she's learned that she can basically get her way by puking but my wife kind of thinks I'm crazy. If we do just let her cry for a bit she will inevitably vomit and we'll have to turn all the lights on, strip her and her bed, sometimes take another bath, etc so either way she's going to delay bed time.Anyone have any suggestions? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2dZiTz5
