What can I do about my teenage son's personal hygiene.

My 13 year old son is a great kid, he is so smart and can be very thoughtful (apart from when the hormone angst-monster raises it head, of course). He can be very lazy though, especially about his personal hygiene, and quite frankly, he really stinks.I feel as if I have to try and bully him every morning and every night into brushing his teeth, and not always successfully. He says he just can't be bothered. As for showering, he would quite happily go for weeks without making any contact with soap.I buy him deodorant and antiperspirant, but he doesn't use them.I have tried explaining why a pubescent boy would need to wash regularly, but the answer he gives is usually *"yeah mum, whatever" * with an eye roll of course.Short of picking him up and dunking him daily in the bath, I have no idea what to do.Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2c3WItN
