So we got our daughter a regalo bedrail to turn her crib into a day bed. First night, my husband sat in the room with her and told her to stay in bed as he usually stays there to tell her to lay down. Tonight, we changed things up and simply let her play in the dark, only occasionally and quietly reminding her it was bedtime and she needed to lay down.At some point before I checked on her about half an hour ago, she willingly went to bed. She had clearly been playing with a doll as it was out of the toy chest, but she was laying on her back in her bed with her bear and cabbagepatch doll.
