3 y/o too big for stroller. Looking for upgrade.

Hi rents, as the title states my 3 y/o daughter is getting too big for her stroller :*( and I'm looking for an upgrade. I'm a single co-parent that lives in the city, so when I'm with her and want to say stroller her somewhere too close to drive, but a bit too far for her to walk, I'd like something I can push while she rides. I've seen these red wagons that you pull the kids in, but I'm not crazy about not being able to see her. The stroller we have handles the uneven pavement in the city well, but, like I said, is getting to be too small.
