We just moved and my son quickly made friends with the neighbour's boy. They played great together despite an age difference. As soon as he would get home he would want to play with his friend.Well, now the neighbour has moved and there are no kids around for him to play with much of the time. He is our only child and we do not live around family. He gets to play with kids at his day care, but he seems to crave more. It was great having a fun neighbour visit our house. Now it is so quiet.I wish we had more children, but we are not very fertile and another child seems unlikely. It seems to me that kids do best in groups, though. We might have to make do with sporadic "play dates." I wish I could give my child the social environment he seems to want... via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/29dm7hx
