Single child has a fictitious baby sister

Our 5 year son has had a fictitious baby sister for the last 1 year or so. He tells his friends and teachers about 'her'. I don't think he will get a real one ever. (My husband and I don't agree on whether we should have the second one, and so that pretty much settles it as a no.) Is this something that other parents of single children have observed too? Is the fact that he has had a fictitious baby sister for over an year something that I should be concerned about? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2auHIFB
