Around Christmas time my dad hurt his knee and had to use crutches for a few weeks. It seems like immediately after my daughter was playing with his crutches and constantly complaining her legs hurt. I thought she was just being dramatic and wanting attention. It continued on though, normally she would complain and then an hour later she would want to jump on the trampoline. My grandma kept telling me to take her to the doctor but I seriously thought she was fine and didn't want to feed into it. Now I did take her to the dr and he thinks she has juvenile arthritis. I feel really bad for not taking her seriously and we are taking her to a specialist in September to confirm. I'm not sure how this is going to impact her life and I'm curious if any other parents out there have children with juvenile arthritis and what your experience has been, and how we can help her continue to be active as it seems to really be affecting her now. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/29Ybo9c
