3 month old likes to sleep with blanket over head!?!

My daughter loves to pull her blanket over her face to fall asleep. She makes me nervous. I'll take it off her face while she sleeps but when I check on her again the blanket will be over her face again D; we co sleep so I literally watch her to make sure she's okay.If i don't give her the blanket she gets upset and starts to whine. I'll try kisses, cuddles, rocking but she wants her blanket. She likes to put the blanket in her mouth as well. She hates being swaddled. Literally tried every swaddle combo technique.Should I just take away the blanket and let her cry?
