I see a social media post from a woman I used to go to high school with and she has her 9 or 10 month old son strapped in the car's seat with a seat belt for an older child or adult (no carseat). Should I say anything?Also, so many people have their children in carseats with extremely loose carseat straps and they aren't adjusted.
