Hi, everyone.Okay---I know I got a lot of hate from my last post but I emailed my daughter's teacher back for clarification and also asked my daughter what's going on. I feel so silly for worrying. In my daughter's school, freshman classes and lockers are largely in one part of the building. However---part of the building is getting an upgrade and is being renovated. So my daughter's locker is in the other side of the school. "Repeatedly disruptive" apparently meant my daughter coming to math a few minutes late due to the distance. I talked to DD and she said she's been trying to figure out when the best time to stop at her locker is Either way, she's rushing around. I told DD to explain this to the teacher and to also talk to her guidance counselor to see if there is a closer locker for her to use temporarily.So she wasn't acting up, misbehaving, etc----she told me the truth, but was surprised when the teacher called her "disruptive" vs. being late.
