My 7yo son made me feel better about a work bully.

My son and I were having a discussion about bullies, and I shared with him that I've recently been dealing with a bully at work. I don't want to get into too many details, but this person called me a snake in an extremely insulting way.After relaying the story to my son, he said, "Well, snakes are powerful and poisonous, so 'they' shouldn't mess with you."I was trying to teach him lessons on how to deal with bullies, but instead, he taught me.Anyone have some good bully advice to share?Just a note, I know snakes are venomous, just wanted to quote what he said.
