Weird interaction. Random family comes over to my table at out local coffee shop where myself and my 5 year old son are sitting. The mom(?) pulls out the chair next to my son, looks at me and says "this fine?" And I'm like, "uh??for him to sit here? I mean yeah sure it doesn't bother us." I m assuming because it's so crowded that day that she was going to sit next to me with her kid. The only explanation i get is "this fine?" No other words said to give me a clue what she's referring to. She's says "great" then leaves to sit at the 3 tables behind us. She and her family/friends are all currently sitting at with multiple adults, empty chairs and at least 4 other children close to this, possibly 3 year old, boy's age. She left the kid at our table never looking back, no one ever coming to check on him and only came to get him when they were packing up to leave after about 20 minutes. Lol neither he or my son acknowledged each other and sat in silence doing their own things. Is this normal? Lol it's a first for me. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2XtpE6W
