My partner just said something that brought a tear to my eye. "We're his best and only friends" I'll remember that next time he's testing my patience.

We were chatting about how hard things can be with him around, he's 18 months now. We Can't cook or clean or sit or use a phone, he just wants to sit on or next to you, and show and play with his toy or book or repeat his new word, what ever is the flavour of the minute. But as frustrating as all that is, and it is so frustrating. He's adorable and loves life and makes us laugh, and we love making him laugh. And now to think that we are his only and whole world really expands my consideration.
