Had our kid 6/29 and everything went great. Baby is small <6lb but otherwise everything went perfect. Only issue was blood sugar which we failed one test but all passed after. My issue now is the constant anxiety. I am currently unable to sleep because I worry about every little noise. Breathing fast for a few seconds every little bit, him laying on his side slightly, not all the way, even tho we layered him on his back. He also is in a sleep sack like thing and I worry about him. Finally I worry about him just spitting up. Wife’s milk just came in and after a large feeding he spit up when we had to change him after. Now the things going through my head are, sids, is he breathing ok!?, is he going to spit up and choke? I can’t let myself sleep while he is.Any suggestions? Pediatrician kinda thought I was nuts and same with nurses at hospital although all answered me questions and helped when I needed it.First time parents and I’m 30 with history of anxiety and now I just constantly worry about my son to the point of me losing sleep. via /r/Parenting https://www.reddit.com/r/Parenting/comments/c8ydxd/father_anxiety_with_newborn/?utm_source=ifttt
