Dairy allergy looking to replace the missing calcium

we have a 2-year old and she is allergic to dairy, not a big deal but she breaks out every single time, tinny little dots on her face appear after just a tiny amount of cheese or anything dairy. We got a little worried about all the calcium she might be missing out on.We read some article that says a 2-year old should have 3 cups of milk per day. (I have no clue if this "research" was actually sponsored by the dairy industry, but I haven't been able to find much else.) So 3 cups of milk per day would be about 900mg of calcium.I wanted to ask for some suggestions for the best way to substitute 900mg of calcium per day. If anyone has better studies or sources on how much calcium a 2-year old needs per day I am interested.Very interested to hear from parents who might be in the same boat. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2G1a0oB
