13 year old ran away, what to do?

We were having an argument about how he was on his phone and computer way too much. Like staying up way past midnight, etc. After he responded with terrible attitude I took away his phone. I told him he will get it back when he corrects his attitude. He then ran out the door and that was around 3 hours ago, it is now 1am here. There's no way for me to reach him. I'm sure he went to his friend which he said lives nearby but don't know exact address.How do I deal with this when he comes back? This isn't the first time and I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong here. Evening mentioning taking away his electronics will trigger something like this. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2GsrVVx
