Unvaccinated child around newborn

My wife is expecting our first child this coming February. A couple who we are very close to has two children, where one of them is not vaccinated. We hang out with them a lot and do want them to be involved in our lives after our child is born.Now the dilemma is obvious and I am also not very well educated if their daughter causes any risk to our new born (as long as she is healthy). Is there a possibility that even my friends and their vaccinated daughter (the other one) are extra dangerous because one of their daughters isn't vaccinated?
