Hi guys, I have some questions about how much my toddler (21 months) is eating.Yesterday, he ate breakfast at 7am (eggs, unsweetened yogurt and banana), and asked for food at 9am (cereal, fresh cheese and strawberries), had lunch at 11:30am (meat stew with noodles, and dessert: yogurt), snack after his nap (fruit pouch and cucumber sticks), snack after an hour at the playground (biscuits, by this time, I'm out of ideas for healthy food), and dinner (the same as lunch). He eats almost adult portions sizes. the other day, we had a spinach and salmon lasagna, and he ate as much as I did, and for his cucumber sticks, I cut him 1/2 of a huge cucumber and he finishes it. I try to feed him healthy stuff, but he has biscuits at times and during weekends, we may have ice cream or cake for dessert. Also, he's still breastfeeding and he nurses about 3 times a day. I do worry about diabetes, as my dad is diabetic, but he hasn't been losing weight nor drinking abnormal amounts of water.Does that seem normal for a toddler who is right in the middle of the growth chart?Does anyone have any ideas for snacks/meals that might keep him full longer, instead of having to prepare food every two hours? Thanks! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2omUigF
