How are young children supposed to call 911 when we don't have a landline?

I just had the startling realization that I grew up with a landline and I knew from a very young age that if there was an emergency I needed to pick up the phone and dial 911. My daughter is far too young to have a cell phone, she's very intelligent though and needs to be able to call 911 if something were to happen to either my wife or I correct?
