We're moving cross-country in a few months and need to find a new childcare arrangement for my daughter, who will be just turning 2 when we move. We have had a nanny to date, but I have noticed most parents sending kids to some kind of "school" setting by age 2. I see pros and cons to both options and frankly have no idea what to do.Is anyone aware of any research on the best age to send kids to a group childcare setting? From watching my child in playgroups and just playing 1-on-1 with me or the nanny, I'm pretty sure she'd be happy either way.
