Which child should I live near?

I have two daughters, one is 11 years old and lives with her mother 3 hours away from me and I see her once a month for a weekend usually. The other daughter is 5 and lives with my ex wife in the same town I live in, however due to a long story that's unimportant to the question at hand, I only get to see her on supervised dinners about every two weeks, and after recent events her mother shows no signs of relenting anytime soon.To this point I've never considered moving closer to my distant daughter, but I'm starting to question if I can be better influence on her during her teenage years if I lived near her while my visitation is very minimal with my younger daughter. Then I could move back when she turns 18 and be a closer parent to my younger daughter through her teenage years.This is all based on the assumption that a child is in need of more intensive male parenting during the teenage years rather than during the 5-12 year range.
