9 mo. old consistently waking up at 3am ready to play

Help! My 9 month old has been consistently waking up crying around 3 or 4 am. I used to be able to just feed her a bottle and she'd go back to sleep (we switched to formula about a month ago, no longer breast feeding). Now, the last few weeks it seems like she is up and wide awake and ready to play! It took my husband and I over 2 hours last night to get her back in bed. I gave up and tried a few rounds of 10 m intervals of CIO but she is hysterically crying and won't calm down. Here's her schedule: 7:30 pm bedtime, 7:00 am wake, 9 am nap (that she's been fighting, so usually its a 10am nap as of late), 1pm or 2pm nap depending on length of morning nap (this one has been shorter sometimes lately). She eats solids 3x daily plus a snack. She's been eating "dinner" with us lately around 5:30 or 6:30 then has play time with my husband, bath, and an 8oz bottle before bed which she usually almost finishes. The other night I was at a friends house late, so she didn't get to bed until 9pm - slept all night until 7am. Could bedtime be too early? She's really been fighting either morning or afternoon nap and one nap will be very long and the other one then will be 45 minutes....my MIL mentioned maybe it is time to transition to one nap a day?Any baby sleep experts? I already hired a "sleep consultant" to help us around 5 months because she was waking every hour to breastfeed. I feel like we has made a lot of progress to sleeping through the night and now she's slowly getting back to this 3am wake time and CIO just isn't working. She's crawling now and standing in her crib and just ready to party in the middle of the night.Would appreciate any ideas! My husband and I were really enjoying sleeping through the night... via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2a3dpXp
