Covid risks for young children? Duty to report?

Hello all,I am incredibly concerned about the risks my cousin is exposing her very young (2.5yo and 7m) children to during the current pandemic. She is regularly (daily to every other day) taking her immunocompromised children out around the city by transit so she can go and see her boyfriend. This isn't the first time she has needlessly put her children in harm's way to see whichever boyfriend she has at the moment. She has also been involved with Child Protective Services before.I am incredibly concerned with the potential possiblity of the little ones contracting the virus (both have bad lungs), but I am not sure if this would constitute as reason to contact CPS for a wellness check on the children.Does anyone have any advice on this matter? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3aqW43m
