Just want my 4 yr old to play some T-ball next year but our local little league pre-charges fundraising and requires a lot of volunteering...

It's looking like almost $300 to sign up my son for freaking T-Ball, plus we have to sell a $60 box of candy bars? Plus there's all these requirements for us to volunteer our time or it's another $250+ free?I just want him to try out playing some baseball!
