Last night I stayed up pretty late wrapping all the gifts for our two toddlers, helped clean up the house, and as it seemed it was going to be a great Christmas Day.This morning I was woken up with an abrupt ‘get up!’ It was only 7:45 AM. Opening gifts was fun but very tense filled. When the kids got into little spats, I got the criticism and anger directed at me from him.Now he has retreated to our room in anger and frustration. I’m not sure if he’s mad at me, mad at the kids, mad at the fact that we have kids, or mad at me for not magically making them angels on Christmas morning? I have no idea what I did wrong. When I ask he says something vague like ‘you’re not listening to me’ (while the kids are screaming and talking) or ‘you’re trying to make me angry on purpose, don’t lie.’So now I’m left alone on Christmas with two toddlers for.... I don’t know what reason? Why would a father be angry on Christmas Day? With no discernible reason to be angry?This is the worst Christmas ever. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2SmmxKl
