Idea I wanted to share for tooth fairy. I made tiny little envelopes and tiny little letters from the tooth fairy. Details within

My eldest is about to lose her first tooth. She is shockingly bad at eating anything but junk. She’d rather go hungry than let a piece of fruit or vegetable past her lips. (I’m aware this is partly my fault - however my second child who is just 13 months younger will eat any vegetable or fruit put in front of her, so it’s also partly her own personality.)So I’ve made these teensy little envelopes and letters, for the purpose of letting my daughter know that the tooth fairy is very proud of her but that her teeth are sad that they don’t get to try more fruits and veggies. Here is the finished productFor those who might like to follow suit, I used an envelope folding template (image) I found on Google Images to start. I opened Word, set the page layout to horizontal, and added four images of the envelope template. I then added four text boxes to write ‘To: [my daughter] From: The Tooth Fairy’. I added four stamps I found on Google Images and four of the same clipart of the fairy from Google Images. Put them in place, printed them out, cut them, folded and glued them, then added the letter. It takes about half an hour total to create the templates, and then you have them forever. You will need to know how Text Wrap works to do this too - or just how to text wrap the envelope fold templates ‘behind text’ and all the rest ‘over text’.I thought these turned out super cute so I had to share! I’m not sure it’ll work to encourage her to eat better foods, but it’s super cute and a lot of fun :) via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2DG016z
