What is my 13 year old nephew doing with Breathe Right Strips? Do I want to know?

What are kids doing with Breathe Right Strips nowadays? My sister found an unused Breathe Right Strip in her 13 year old son's bed. My sister doesn't buy them so he brought it into the house.
