One of my sons stopped by last night to shoot the breeze, and to check up on his "old man", his words not mine, but he certainly made me feel old when he criticized my listening to music through my CD player.It suddenly reminded me of when I was younger and said the exact same thing to my dad about his vinyl records. I couldn't help but cry, then when he said I didn't have to be such a crybaby about it, I couldn't help but cry harder.I see so much of my self in them, I love them so much it hurts, and miss my own father so much, I wish he could see them now, he would be so proud of them, I know I am. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2oKQes6
