My ex’s daugther got married and feeling sad

Lived with her close to 10 years. My relationship with her mom didn’t work out, but we kept in touch.I was never an affectionate guy and she knows it.She got married yesterday. She is only 21.Today I feel like a failed her. She had a rough childhood. I never tried to be her dad, just a friend.I don’t know why this is being so hard on me. Today.
