I failed to protect my daughter

Took my kids to a fun family attraction for the afternoon. We were having a blast and enjoying lunch and playing. As we were walking, at one point a stranger whistled (that infamous cat call whistle) at my five-year-old and he topped it off by touching her head.It happened so fast and she was walking behind me so I missed some of it, but it was clear what had happened. The man looked at me smiling like what he did was perfectly acceptable while I glared back at him but did nothing more.I should have reamed him out and told him how inappropriate that was, but I didn't and I feel I didn't protect her 'honor' maybe. Had I confronted him my kids would have been witness to it and that's not good either. What would you have done? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2NTJnpL
