I didn't graduate highschool and I have a failing 12 year old can't afford a tutor.

My daughter has always hated school, she cares more for her friends and fun then her grades. I have to force her to read then she sets the timer on the chrome book and pretends shes reading. I caught onto her. She is ADD and doesn't understand the teachers. I am ADD and my ex husband who is living with me is fit to be tied because I dont sit and do homework with her when I dont know what I am doing. I went to look up poetry terms last night every word I pronounced she or he corrected me and he expects me to read with her an hour a night. I have no idea what to do. She can't get out of an F in language arts and he helps her with math but he can't do it all because it takes him all night to get her through her math AND she goes to a homework class after school 4 days a week so she can get help.Next semester she will be taking a class for organization skill will help.She wants to spend the night every weekend somewhere but I told her no and he told her yes. He said she isnt failing because she has sleepovers it's because she won't buckle down and get serious about her homework. I said well of course not she gets whatever she wants.I can't parent like this.
