Afraid to leave 3 year old with dad for a week

I may or may not go into a low residency graduate program that requires 2 sessions a year lasting ten days. I’m having mixed thoughts. My 3 year old is super attached to me. She goes to school during the day but I’m the one with her all day after that. My husband isn’t really around that much and he just isn’t very involved even though he’s physically present. He is willing to take vacations on the weeks I need, but I don’t know if I can do it. I can always put off my degree for when she’s older. It’s not going to do me much in terms of financial gain, it’s an art degree so it’s more for personal development. What would you do?
