So it’s happened, a boy my daughter really REALLY likes asked her to be her girlfriend today. She was and is thrilled, she’s been friends with him for two years now and her dad and I have heard lots about him over the years.So I sat her down and gave her a brief refresher course on sex ed. Some basic rules for dating in middle school (no unsupervised dates/hanging out and no kissing at school).I made sure to tell her that she has to treat him with respect, just because she’s a girl she can’t be mean or hurtful to him.
