In my family it's very common for the adults to tell the kids not to do something(cussing, etc) but then do it themselves. And it has always pissed me off. Like if you aren't gonna follow your own rules, why should your kids since you aren't setting the example. This also applies to things like corporal punishment, hitting a child to get them to obey them yet telling them not to go beat up kids on the playground what gives? via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2D87lHA
