Hey parents. Just wanted to check in and see how often you guys drink alcohol during the week. I have two boys, 3.5 and 1.5 and I drink alcohol every single night. I never intend to, but I am a sahm and by 5pm my choices are either lose my shit or have a glass of wine. Am I an alcoholic? Lol I mean I have maybe 2 drinks a night and then drink a little more on the weekends. I just need to know if I need to tone it down or if it’s totally fine.
