Paid kids learning/educational apps that DON’T require a subscription.

Hey all. Literally my first post here. Be nice. 🙏I have an (almost) 3yo and a 5yo. Sometimes we let them use iPads for long car rides and things like that. I strive to keep the iPad/tablet time to a minimum, but of course want them to have fun AND learn if possible.I’m looking for educational apps that are paid, but don’t require subscription. I’d like to pay once and be done with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It’s hard to find what I’m looking for without turning up the same subscription apps with every internet/app store search. Personal experience, links to reviews... anything is fine.
