How to teach a child to read

Hi I'm looking for suggestions on how to teach my daughter to read. We read books to her constantly as she really enjoys it. She spells but can't join the letters yet to make words. How can I help her to read what she spells? Thanks via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2RsO1hh
