Witching hour

When does the evening crankiness in babies ease or go away? My baby is 5months old and starts to get supper cranky around 4-430 until she realizes that shes going for a bath which she loves (part of our bedtime routine). We’ve had to push her bedtime up to 6 because of the crankiness and it was better but now seems to be starting earlier and earlier.EBF. Shes only doing catnaps at the moment 30-45 mins im finding only able to stay up for around 1 hour before she starts to get cranky. Resists naps in the afternoon/evening. Generally pretty happy when she wakes up from naps. Wakes up around 7 am. She goes to sleep pretty well at night (so I know shes tired) and still wakes up around 4 x a night from 6pm-7am feeds and goes back to sleep right away. MD wants to continue with night feeds because shes underweight so im ok with waking up that many times also helps that she goes right to sleep afterwards.Every place ive read 6pm seems to be an early bedtime for that age range so i cant imagine putting her to bed earlier would be a good idea not to mention that i dont really want her to wake up too early. Do i just ride it out as this is a stage and will get better? Or is there something i should be doing differently? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2z8vRaa
